Our Mission

We believe in the power of collective action.  Since our first meeting in 2022, we have been dedicated to promoting initiatives that build an international foundation for digital equity and educational advancement. We believe that technology, especially computers and laptops, is the best way to empower youth to bridge the current inequality in communities. Though we are currently focused on Paraguay, we hope to expand our efforts globally. 

Our focus is on empowering youth through technology to bridge the equity gap in underserved communities.

The technology that should make education better is only further creating educational divides. COVID exacerbated a digital divide based on students’ demographic and socioeconomic status; this stratification has reached critical levels. Digital Equity strives to balance technology and human interaction to maximize positive student learning outcomes. Digital Equity believes that technological resources should empower the people who need them most.​​​​
